By using Stormer ("the Service"), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms govern your access and use of our load testing tools and related services. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
Stormer, operated by JD DEVELOPMENT SOLUTIONS LTD under a United Kingdom business, provides tools strictly for legitimate load testing. Any unauthorized use against third-party resources is strictly prohibited.

1. Important Disclosures
- 1.1. Protection Discretion: We strive to provide effective testing tools; however, we do not guarantee a solution for every protection mechanism.
- 1.2. User Liability: You acknowledge and accept full responsibility for all consequences resulting from your use of Stormer. This includes any damages, legal repercussions, or other liabilities that may arise from your testing activities.
- 1.3. Anti-Abuse Policy: Accounts involved in abuse will be immediately terminated without refund.
- 1.4. Violation Consequences: Breaching any provision of these Terms will result in immediate account termination without refund. Determination of violations is at our sole discretion and final.
- 1.5. Service Guarantees: Our services are provided on an "as-is" basis. We guarantee service uptime and functionality as described in your plan, but cannot guarantee specific outcomes on tested resources.
- 1.6. Service Scope: We explicitly guarantee only specified testing power, service uptime, and advertised features. All other factors, including external network responses, are beyond our control and not guaranteed.
- 1.7. Testing Resource Variability: Successful delivery of testing traffic does not guarantee that a tested resource will be affected. Testing results can vary significantly depending on testing resource infrastructure.
2. Service Usage
- 2.1. Use of the service is strictly permitted only for testing your own resources where you have verified ownership or explicit authorization. Testing government, military, educational, banking, or critical infrastructure systems is strictly prohibited. Attempting to circumvent protective measures or to test non-owned resources is a severe violation of these Terms.
- 2.2. All users must complete a Letter of Authorization (LOA) verification process, confirming they have permission to test the requested resource. Moderators may request LOA proof before or after service usage. Lack of verification may result in termination.
- 2.3. Stormer provides testing tools designed solely for network and infrastructure resilience evaluation. Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
- 2.4. You represent and warrant you have explicit authorization for any testing performed. Users must verify ownership of resources through our verification process. Failure to provide proof of ownership when requested will result in immediate account termination.
- 2.5. We may terminate accounts upon receiving legitimate complaints or legal notices of unauthorized use, without obligation to investigate.
- 2.6. We implement technical measures to block certain protected categories automatically, but this does not relieve users of responsibility for compliance.
3. Account Responsibilities
- 3.1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
- 3.2. Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Each subscription is valid for a single user only.
- 3.3. Selling, transferring, or sharing API access with third parties is prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
- 3.4. You must provide accurate and complete information during account creation. We reserve the right to verify provided information.
- 3.5. Multiple accounts per user are not permitted. Detection of multiple accounts may result in the suspension of all related accounts.
4. Payment and Subscriptions
- 4.1. Payments are processed securely.
- 4.2. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
- 4.3. Refunds are generally not offered once a subscription is activated. All transactions are final.
- 4.4. Pricing may change; users will be notified in advance of subscription renewal.
- 4.5. Promotional credits or balances expire as specified during promotional campaigns.
5. Privacy and Security
- 5.1. We maintain a strict no-logs policy regarding user activity. Only essential account information is stored for operational purposes.
- 5.2. Strong encryption and security protocols protect user data and communication.
- 5.3. We may monitor overall usage patterns to prevent abuse, but we do not log details of individual tests.
- 5.4. We comply with legitimate legal requests from authorities as legally required.
- 5.5. Users must implement their own security measures when accessing our services.
6. Service Limitations
- 6.1. 100% uptime is not guaranteed. Maintenance periods and technical issues may temporarily affect service availability.
- 6.2. Testing power, duration, and concurrency are limited based on subscription plans. Exceeding limits may result in throttling.
- 6.3. API rate limits apply to maintain service stability for all users.
- 6.4. Additional limitations may be imposed during high-demand periods to ensure consistent service quality.
- 6.5. Effectiveness against certain protections may vary significantly. Results are not guaranteed for all testing scenarios.
7. Disclaimer of Liability
- 7.1. Our services are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- 7.2. We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or legal issues resulting from your usage of our services.
- 7.3. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stormer, its operators, affiliates, and partners from any claims or liabilities arising from your use.
- 7.4. We bear no responsibility for misuse of our services by users. Full responsibility lies with the account holder.
- 7.5. We disclaim liability for disruptions, data losses, or negative consequences resulting from using our testing tools.
8. Termination
- 8.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations of these Terms or at our discretion.
- 8.2. Upon termination, access to services will immediately cease without refund entitlement.
- 8.3. Certain provisions survive termination, including warranty disclaimers and liability limitations.
- 8.4. Users may voluntarily terminate accounts by contacting support, without refund for remaining subscription periods.
9. Changes to Terms
- 9.1. Terms may be updated at any time. Changes take effect upon posting.
- 9.2. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
- 9.3. Users should review Terms regularly.
10. Refund Policy, SLA & Offer Agreement
- 10.1. All payments for services and tests are final. No refunds will be issued for completed or activated tests.
- 10.2. Subscriptions can be canceled any time before renewal. Active time is not refundable.
- 10.3. SLA uptime is 97.5%. Temporary outages for maintenance may occur.
- 10.4. Test result reports are available within 24 hours post-execution.
- 10.5. Pricing is transparent and inclusive of all fees. There are no hidden charges.
By using Stormer services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using our services.
